Breaking a mast in conditions like there were on Wednesday night was a real possibility.
It's not my boat, so it wasn't my decision not to sail. I suggested that we take the Lasers out for a blast around the harbor...but my boat needs a new inspection hatch that hasn't arrived from APS yet.
